What we collect

When you request an audit: your first name, social handle, email and niche. For the audit itself we look only at what is public on your profile. We never ask for passwords.

Why

To prepare and send your free audit and to reply to you. If you become a client, we also keep what is needed to run the service and invoice you, as set out in your agreement.

How long

Audit requests that don't lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of the agreement and as long as tax law requires afterwards. Identity checks are done on a call; we don't keep copies of ID documents.

Who sees it

Only Arcwell Talent and the tools we use to run the service (email, scheduling, file storage). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, including under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK. Email hello@arcwelltalent.com.

Age

We only work with adults (18+). If you are under 18, please don't contact us.
